Now then, this is the 2nd release I have made for the 2142 Demo. It is just a small update but in my opnion a
very useful one. This update includes RET lock, which will lock your reticule while moving/shooting to the smallest
point. I have also included a console unlock, I did not include this in the first release because of a problem with
the cursor locking up when activated. The console unlock tool can be used to "unlock" the console, (normaly found
by pressing the tidal(~) key) which will allow you to enter commands that you could not enter while it's locked, a
example of one of these commands is: gamelogic.maximumlevelviewdistance which will allow you to set you view
distance so high you can see the whole map.
The following shows a few false positves, I belive these are being created by the hotkey's hook.
