Game Deception AntiPB fo FarCry v2

Credits: azorbix, phrak, and GD

Features:
Anti custom pak detection (whitelist)
Clean PunkBuster screenshots

Usage:
- Put the example zzCustom.pak in your FCData folder with the other default paks.
- Rename it to not be detected by MD5 checks ( it HAVE TO start with zz, ie: zzScript.pak, zzWhatever.pak,... )
- put AntiPB.exe and AntiPB.dll on your desktop or elsewhere, but NOT IN YOUR GAME folders to not be detected by MD5 checks.
- run AntiPB.exe, click ok, and launch the game.
- Have fun

you can add any options you dare to it, just check how the clean screenshots var (HackVars.safescreen) works in the example pak...
