Rules:

  1. These forums are for game cheating only. No talk of mail bombing, trojans, password stealing, server crashing, software exploits, or any other type of hacking that is unrelated to games. Disseminating private cheats or private information (i.e: source code) without permission is highly frowned upon. Those caught doing anything pertaining to this will be punished.

  2. Do not hijack someone else's thread unless you are requesting help on the same subject. Meaning, if someone starts a thread about one topic, do not post about a different subject. Search the forum first to see if any prior threads have been made about your problem. If nothing can be found, feel free to create a thread about your own problem.

  3. Spamming is never allowed and will not be tolerated. If you are here for the reason of strictly annoying people in any manner, you will be dealt with accordingly. Administrators and moderators will determine whether your post is considered spam or not. If you're here just to get a high post count and trying to become known in the cheating community, action will be taken in this situation as well.

  4. There is to be no flaming of www.uc-forum.com and the administrative or moderation staff for any reason. Any violation of this rule will result in a permanent ban. The administrative staff and moderators are chosen for a reason, please obey their authority. Respect all forum administrators and moderators at all times. If you have a problem with a moderator then please contact an administrator, do not try to take things into your own hands or you will be dealt with consequently. Also, creating or participating in a flame war of any member is against the rules, those caught flaming will be punished.

  5. We have certain sections for certain topics. Do not post your thread in a forum that has nothing to do with your topic. Any topic not related to a forum section will be deleted and a warning may be given.

  6. If you are having a problem, ask once. If you do not get a reply then wait, people do not live on this site. It may take several hours to get a reply to your given question, so please refrain from bumping any thread. Also, please do not make a new topic with the exact same question just because no one has replied in your prior thread. These threads will be deleted and a warning or infraction will be given.

  7. Offsite linking is strictly forbidden unless you are linking to a website or webpage that explicitly relates to game cheating. All small articles or supportive content should be posted on this website with credits to the author or website. Leeway is given for large content where posting on this website would be a very time consuming process. Linking to websites or webpages that don't relate to this forums goal, that sell cheats, are pornographic, sexually oriented or violent is strictly disallowed. Anyone caught breaking this rule will receive a severe punishment.

  8. There will be no topics containing illegal content or being discussed in any of our forums, ever. This includes, but is not limited to, CD key searching, file sharing, FTP sites, warez sites, key generators, CD cracks, and so on. There will be no exceptions for anything illegal.

  9. No pornography, sexually oriented, or violent content of any sort is allowed. This includes linked images, uploaded images, and images in signatures and avatars. In the event of an image being used that falls under this rule, the image will be removed. Repetitive offenders will be banned.

  10. Before you post your problem in any forum, search all prior posts for an answer to your problem. The members and staff are more then welcome to help in any situation needed, but we ask that you try to resolve the problem to the best of your ability before referring to a members help. Most problems have been confronted before so chances are very high that you will find the answer to your problem.

  11. Please do not direct anyone asking for help to any search engine or to another site when possible. If an answer is on another site then post it on this website with credits to the author or website when necessary.

  12. Ban evasion will not be tolerated. If you have been banned and you decide to appeal or come back then you need to contact an administrator for permission. Creating a new account before getting permission is not allowed. You must contact an administrator by email at all times, siteadmin@uc-forum.com is the administrative email address.

  13. Signature images may be no larger then 400 x 125 pixels and 200 kilobytes in size. Combined signature content must not exceed 10 lines. Pornographic, sexually oriented, violent, abusive or content that advertises is not allowed ever in your signature. Administrators and moderators reserve the right to modify a signature without notice anytime they see fit. Administrators and moderators have leeway on this rule regarding dimensions.

  14. As a general rule avatars should be no larger then 150 x 150 pixels. Unlike signatures a little leeway will be granted here, but basically the smaller the better. Pornographic, sexually oriented, violent, abusive or content that advertises is not allowed ever in your avatar. Administrators and moderators reserve the right to modify a avatar without notice anytime they see fit.

  15. We use a reputation system; abuse of this system in anyway will not be tolerated. The reputation system is intended for critiquing or giving an appraisal to a member's post. It is not intended as a vehicle for flaming another member. The reputation system is monitored, those found abusing it in anyway will receive a warning or ban.

  16. Acquiring or using technical information for the purpose of creating your own program or for any other related purpose when permission is not given by the owner or when the license agreement prohibits is highly frowned upon. Those caught will be banned without notice or receive a severe punishment.

  17. You are not permitted to engage in any activity related to the selling of cheats in any forum. This includes but is not limited to offering money for cheats, advertising websites that sell cheats and advertising cheats that do not constitute freeware. Also, any kind of trading is disallowed. Anyone caught doing so will be punished or banned.

  18. The use of shell executes or any other method to force a member to load a website using any file at anytime is not allowed. This includes webloading (streaming) cheats also. Administrators and moderators reserve the right to refuse or in some cases modify any file that does anything of this nature without notice.

  19. Administrators and moderators reserve the right to refuse or in some cases modify any file when it contains any type of advertisement. These type of submissions will be classed as cheap advertisements and will not be tolerated. No exceptions, you will be punished.

  20. It is customary to give credit where credit is due. If you use someone elses source or information to further your project then you should properly give credit by publicly stating that fact in your post, readme or program. Not giving credit when it is due is frowned upon and is against the rules.

  21. All file submissions are to be uploaded to ucdownloads.com at all times for moderation purposes. If for any reason you can not upload a file to ucdownloads.com then you must contact a member of staff for assistance, never link to a file that has not been threw this websites moderation process.

  22. Each member is only allowed one account, registering multiple accounts is against the rules. Anyone who has forgotten their password should attempt to use the 'forgotten password' system, or as a last resort, contact an administrator by email. The administrative email is siteadmin@uc-forum.com. Never create another account; using multiple accounts is not allowed for any reason.

  23. There is to be no begging for anything ever, doing so will gain a punishment. If you require a cheat then please use the search function and check a sections undetected/detected sticky thread. Members are not obliged to fulfill requests and therefore requests for cheats are not allowed unless a section specifically has a cheat request thread.

  24. Never edit out any content from a post once you have fixed your problems or gained support. It corrupts the thread and makes it useless for anyone else who may use the thread for support in the future. Your edited content will be restored and you will be punished.

  25. Anti-Cheat behaviour in any form will not be tolerated. Those who break this rule will be banned without question.

  26. Backseat moderating is not allowed. Backseat moderating is when a member is not staff but is acting like a moderator by posting statements such as "this thread should be closed", "this user should be banned.", or posting general do's and don'ts. We have moderators for a reason, let them take care of all moderation on the site. If a member is seen breaking this rule, they will gain infraction points or even be banned.

Warning System

If you are caught breaking any rules then at the discretion of a moderator, a warning may be imposed on you. These warnings are cumulative and once a member's warning level reaches 20 points they will be banned from the website. Rules carry different penalties depending on the severity of the rule broken.
